DreamBig College empowers youth and young adults ages 8–21 to discover their voice, build confidence, and develop the leadership skills needed to become Change Makers in their lives, families, and communities. Through mentorship, social-emotional learning, leadership development, and workforce readiness programs, we equip young people with the tools to thrive and lead with purpose.
By partnering with families and communities, we guide youth in developing Soar Plans, engaging in one-on-one counseling, and leading community impact projects that prepare them for high school, college, and the world of work.
Our vision is to cultivate a generation of confident, compassionate, and resilient young leaders who recognize their power to create change. DreamBig College envisions communities where young people rise as Change Makers—strengthening themselves, uplifting their families, and transforming their communities.

Today’s young people face increasing pressures that affect their confidence, mental wellness, and future opportunities. Many youth struggle with anxiety, peer pressure, limited mentorship, and uncertainty about their career paths and purpose.
DreamBig College was created to provide safe spaces where youth can grow, develop leadership skills, and gain the support they need to navigate life’s challenges. Through mentorship, leadership development, and intentional programming, DreamBig helps young people build confidence, resilience, and a clear vision for their future.
DreamBig College equips youth with the tools and support needed to grow into confident leaders and Change Makers through:
• One-on-One Coaching & SOAR Success Plans – Students receive personalized guidance to
set goals and develop a clear path for their future.
• Weekly Social-Emotional Support Groups – Youth learn coping strategies, emotional awareness, and confidence-building skills.
• Leadership Development Programs – Students develop their voice, strengthen character, and practice leadership.
• Career Readiness & Workforce Training – Programs prepare young people for employment, entrepreneurship, and career exploration.
• The DreamBig Youth Center – A safe and supportive space where youth participate in after-school, weekend, and summer programs.
Through these programs, DreamBig empowers youth to grow academically, socially, and emotionally while preparing them for life beyond school.
At DreamBig College, we believe every young person has the potential to become a Change Maker.
A Change Maker is someone who believes in their potential, leads with integrity and
compassion, and uses their voice to create positive change.
Our programs help youth become Change Makers in three key areas:
Self
Building confidence, identity, emotional awareness, and personal responsibility.
Family
Strengthening communication, respect, and leadership within the family.
Community
Encouraging youth to take action through leadership, service, and community engagement.
Through this philosophy, DreamBig College prepares young people not only to succeed—but to lead, inspire, and create lasting impact.
DreamBig College provides a structured youth development pathway that supports young people as they grow from childhood into young adulthood. Through leadership development, social-emotional learning, mentorship, and workforce readiness programs, students progress through stages designed to help them discover their strengths, build confidence, and become Change Makers in their lives, families, and communities.
Each stage of the DreamBig Pathway focuses on a key phase of development, ensuring students receive the support and opportunities needed to thrive.
