
In the Change Maker Academy, teens begin shaping their future by exploring career paths, strengthening leadership skills, and building confidence in their voice and abilities.
Students participate in leadership workshops, coaching sessions, and activities designed to help them better understand their strengths and how they can make a difference in the world around them.

To round out the Change Makers Academy, participants also complete Change Maker projects where they identify challenges in their community and develop solutions to create positive change.
The Change Maker Project is a 12-week workforce development and leadership program designed to prepare young adults for employment and career pathways.
